Any idea why our recording ended half way through the game? We set it up remotely using the Fib App to run for 30 minutes past the scheduled ending, but it stopped at the top of the 7th inning.

Good Day & Welcome
Thank you for reaching out to the community.
Can you please provide us with some further details?
- Was the game in progress at the time you tried to extend the scheduled time by 30 minutes?
- Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to: Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV?
- Please tell us more about the receivers and streaming devices that you are using to access the Fibe TV app?
- When did this game air and on what channel was it scheduled to play on?
You cannot dynamically extend a Bell Fibe TV recording that is already actively in progress. Once a recording has started, the system does not support adding extra time on the fly. Was the game previously scheduled
If a live broadcast or event has already started, and you are concerned it will run over, your only option on the app is to manually go to the Guide and record the subsequent program that is airing immediately after on that same channel
On the Bell Fibe TV app, the max default time to extend a scheduled Cloud PVR recordings is: 30-minutes.
There is no method built in that will allow you to change the default recording settings to add more time to your recordings.
Because live sports often run over this limit, as a work around, you can set your Fibe TV app to record whatever show is scheduled to air immediately after your sporting event. This will bridge the gap and ensures you get the overtime or extra innings.
If a channel is only available on a receiver, so are the recordings from that channel. If you extend your recording past the scheduled end time for a program, you can only view the extended portion of the recording on your receiver.
Please refer to the following web links that I have included. They will provide you with all of the information & pertinent details that is needed to further enhance your viewing experience.
Let us know.
Take care.
