I subscribe to Channel 1623 BBC First but I am not receiving it and I have tried everything from resetting my receiver to pulling out the smart card and reinserting it to doing the online synchronization but it is still not shoeing on my guide even when I select to show all channels. I even reset my satellite switch. All my other channels are fine ?
Where is it ! Please help !

I ended up adjusting my channel lineup and actually save myself $7.00/month 🙂 and in doing that BBC first was included in the new package and then once the package updated BBC first reappeared so all good now, thanks.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you @Reya for posting your question.
If the channel has suddenly disappeared or you can no longer watch it, the issue is usually caused by one of the following reasons:
- Broadcasting issues from the network - Blue Ant Media
- When you select this channel on your satellite receiver, are there any messages displayed?
- If you pay for the channel but it shows a black screen or a "smart card not authorized" error, your receiver may just need a fresh signal. You can fix this by holding down the "Power" button on the front of your receiver until it resets or as you mentioned you can go online to synchronize your programming.
- Your satellite receiver's guide might be set to a custom "Favorites" list instead of displaying all programming. Press the Guide button on your remote repeatedly until the banner at the top changes to "All Channels".
Could you also check to see if this channel is still included and shown as part of your TV package subscription on your MyBell account?
If you are still unable to access Channel 1623 BBC First and it is included in your package, you should contact Bell Satellite TV tech support by calling: 1 888 759-3474 .
They are open and available to service you: 7 days a week: 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Take care.

We wanted to check in to see if you're still experiencing this issue or if the channel is now appearing on your guide again?
