Unable to find TV input for Fibe TV - TV shows "TV1"

I have Fibe tv but now when I turn on the tv I get TV1 input and can't find Fibe TV's input? Help please.

Can you please provide us with some further details?

  1. What is the make and model of your TV?
  2. Have you verified your TV connections and that you are on the correct HDMI port?
  3. Are you using a wired or wireless connection between your modem Smart TV or streaming device?
  4. Which Fibe TV package do you subscribe?
  5. How are you accessing Fibe TV? Fibe TV app on a Smart TV, Bell Streamer, other streaming device such as a Firestick, Apple TV, etc.
  6. Is this a recently established new Fibe TV & Internet service?
  7. Is your modem powered on? Are there any error messages on your modem?
  8. Have you verified that your Fibe TV subscription is activated on your MyBell account?
  9. Are you familiar with the Fibe TV app user instructions? What is Fibe TV app and how do I use it?
  10. Have you tried to do any troubleshooting? Virtual repair tool?
