Why is the time on my tv 5 hours ahead of the time in my location?

We want to dig into this further. To start, please share which TV service and receiver you have. 

If you haven't already, we also recommend that you reboot your equipment by unplugging it from the power source for thirty seconds, then power it back up and check to see if the time aligns.
