Why is there no English Weather channel available on sat tv

I just got Sat tv with bell . There  is no english Weather channel available only Meteomedia which is totally French

Why is there No English weather network available as standard or an option . I feel this is discrimination

If english is not available but french meteomedia is the default Bell should be ashamed of this and is should

be changed immediately

The Weather Network is on channel # 1505/1569.
