Will Satellite TV ever be decommissioned?

I wonder if bell will shut it satalite down when there other satalite in the sky when it suppose to go offline . I have wonderd . They are not lawnching another one soon. And it only thing for tv . There no news for a new sat . And live in Ruel are in bc

2029 it sat , or if a lot of people still using they will keep the service . I know Fibe coming to bc . But people are liking it sat .
