How do I get the latest firmware version on my Bell Giga Hub 4000

Hello   I currently have firmware  1.19.6 on my Giga Hub modem. I don't believe it is the latest. 1. Is this correct? 2. What are the changes in the newest version? 3. How to I get that updated? Thank you
