Hello
I currently have firmware 1.19.6 on my Giga Hub modem. I don't believe it is the latest.
1. Is this correct?
2. What are the changes in the newest version?
3. How to I get that updated?
Thank you

Thank you for your questions. You are correct. That is not the latest firmware. Bell does not release change logs of firmware upgrades. A hard reboot of the modem may trigger new firmware, but there is no guarantee. If you are not having problems, no worries.

There are two ways to reboot the Giga Hub,
Reboot my Giga Hub modem
Using the power cable
- Remove the power cable from the wall outlet or power supply on the modem.
- Wait 30 seconds and reconnect the power cable.
- The lights on the front will blink as the modem goes through its start-up routine.
- Wait for the lights to finish cycling. The reboot is completed once the front lights on the modem are stable.
Alternate method
- Press the power ring on the front of the modem.
- Select Yes on the modem information screen and press the OK button to confirm.
- The modem reboot is completed once the front lights on the modem are stable.
Bell does not provide change logs for their equipment. It's reasonable to conclude there are security updates with changes.
You can also reboot the modem from your MyBell app .
