Resolved! data 3G instead of LTE

everytime i turn my data on it goes to3G instead of LTE so my data does not work at all anymore. i’ve tried restarting and updating my phone and nothing has helped. any suggestions?

Resolved! 416-872 numbers not working

I've had problems calling radio stations with a 416-872-XXXX number from my Bell cell.Is anyone else having this problem? It shows "call failed", intermitantly.

Resolved! Poor cell service in Conestoga mall

Is there a way to report area with poor cell service to bell? the Conestoga mall in Waterloo ON only got 3G in the food court area. Please be advise, and boost the service signal. Even though the coverage map shows 5G.

I was given an IPhone 8. How do I turn on data? It doesn't seem to work? How do I change my device online?How do I use data?  It says I don't have a data plan, but I pay extra for it!
