Resolved! Phone service

When I receive and or make a call no one can hear me! I have rebooted my phone twice, went outside, front yard and back yard. Anyone else around Aylmer having this problem??? How can I get it fixed? My phone is 1 year old

Resolved! Poor cell service in Conestoga mall

Is there a way to report area with poor cell service to bell? the Conestoga mall in Waterloo ON only got 3G in the food court area. Please be advise, and boost the service signal. Even though the coverage map shows 5G. 

Resolved! Out of service in the parkade where is the TNT at Metrotown.

 My friends use Telus and Koodo. Me and my wife use Bell. We r went to the lower ground floor where is the TNT at Metrotown shopping.  You know what happened. Our Bell’s LTE ,5G network all dead. Can’t do anything. Is anything  Bell can do ?
