Bell Wifi APP not accepting login info

I jus signed up with Bell about a week ago and downloaded the Bell Wifi app. However it will not allow me to login. I’m using same credentials as I use with MyBell APP which I can log into but no luck. Even tried to reset password (forgot password option) and I still can’t login and therefore not install a pod. What am I missing?

Thanks, this allow to log into Wifi app to check user control previously set, will remove any parental control as this app is not working.

I have no issue to log into myBell either app or web, used Wifi app before, suddenly today it does not allow me to log in when my phone is connected to home wifi. Thanks for this reply, I can at least log in via my mobile data.

The Bell Wifi app is not meeting expectation for sure.

I solved the problem by logging into bell wifi using data instead of wifi.

Good Day.

I am just following up. Are you still experiencing issues any issues in terms of be able to access the WiFi app?

Can you please confirm these details in terms of how and where you are trying to log in to the Wi-Fi app?

  1. Is your Internet service connected to the same MyBell account as your other Bell services? If unsure, please login to your MyBell web account & verify that all of your services are listed.
  2. Which device are you trying to install the Wi-Fi app on? Make and model.
  3. Could you double check & verify that you are using the correct MyBell credentials to log in to the Wi-Fi app?
  4. You can Log in to the app one of two ways.
    • Best – Log in with your MyBell username and password. This gives you access to all features of the app and lets you log in without having to be connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
    • Easiest – Automatically log in to the app when you are connected to your home Wi-Fi network. This will limit your access to features like setting Internet blocks or accessing user profiles.
  5. Which modem do you have? HH 3000, 4000, Giga Hub?
  6. Have you rebooted your modem?
  7. Have you restarted your device & verified that iOS / OS and apps are up to date?
  8. Have you done any troubleshooting?
  9. Have you tried running the Virtual repair tool?

I went on Bell live chat from myBell app and it appears, as it was the first time I was trying to log in, a configuration was required by a Bell agent before I could log in. Problem solved

I had issues with the same scenario but for me i dont have the actual username for the Wifi, but only for the mobility. Everytime I use the app to register it just brings me back to the Bell.ca page and just the billing, also same scenario when i try to click the forgot  password/username. It doesnt bring me back to the bellwifi app, it just stays on the bell homepage. Had the latest phone update, tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, clear data/cache. still not working/

Hello, I am also having login issues. I double checked my username/password. I am on iPhone 15 as well as iPad 10. I uninstalled the app, rebooted iPhone, no such luck. I changed my bell.ca password, nothing. I tried on iPad. Nothing. I think this happened to me in the past and it magically started working. I use this wifi app to control my wifi in the house. Access to this thing is a necessary evil. PLEASE HELP
