I am unable to delete more than 18 emails at a time using your select all feature.  I have over 10k emails that I want to delete in one shot, is there any way to do this?

Hi there @Zepher

Looking forward to hearing back.

I do not have any issues using the blocked sender option/setting in Webmail. Over the years I have accumulated enough blocked email/sites to reach the limit imposed. I have no problems deleting past blocked email/sites that were registered years passed. Is there (possible suggestion) a way of deleting a group of past blocked entries say a year, two or more at once instead of going at it individually. I suspect in most cases these blocked email/site a year old or more may no longer active be a threat or exist and be easier to clean Just a suggestion.

Patricia, I believe you misunderstood my request as I do not have any issues in Sympatico mail regarding deleting one or more emails. What i was referring to was the deletion or removal of active BLOCKED email addresses or domains I registered in Sympatico mail over the years. I would like to remove or delete these sites that may be older than a year, two or more that have been accumulating. I would like to do it from individually removing or deleting one site at a time to bulk removal (one, two, or more years) as I believe many of those addresses or domains are no longer active or a threat. This would also help me overcome the limit of sites blocked.

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for posting your question.

There is no method built into Bell webmail to delete blocked senders in bulk, (email addresses or domains). Each blocked sender must be individually deleted.

Take care.
