How do I swap my Bell modem?

My modem died 2 days ago and I've been calling bell for 2 days and under any option it just hangs up. Anyone know how to get ahold of them?

If the modem has no power and you are sure it is plugged into a working outlet, you likely need a new power brick.

The easiest way is likely to chat with them directly: how to contact Bell.

Hi  @EdisonS
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We're sorry to hear about the experience you're encountering. Are you able to share some further information regarding your modem?

  • Can you share what model modem you have?
  • What exactly is happening that would indicate your modem died?
  • Is there any error message or code that appears on your modem (if it has power)?
  • Are all the cords connected securely and have you checked to ensure there's no damage?
  • Have you tested another power outlet?

Looking forward to hearing back.
