Hello,
So all my devices keep disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, it takes around 15 seconds to a minute to reconnect and it happens multiple times in the day. I've turned the modem off for a full 5 minutes before turning it on again a lot of times already, it gets frustrating especially when playing games or whenever I'm in class. I've also checked the cables I don't think there was anything wrong with it no 90 degree bent wires and stuff that may cause a tear in the wire. So I don't know what to do, this has been happening for about 3 days now. I'm really thankful if anyone has an advice on this.
Thanks and kind regards.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you @stmellow for posting your question.
In order to assist you further can you provide us with some additional information:
- Are you connecting via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable? If you are on Wi-Fi have you tried using an Ethernet cable?
- What model of Bell modem do you have (e.g., Home Hub 3000, 4000 Giga Hub, etc.)?
- Are the lights on the modem changing color or flashing when it drops?
- Are there any error messages on your modem?
It might sound simple, but checking that your cables are connected properly and rebooting your modem really does fix most issues. You mentioned restarting your modem.
Did you do a full power off by unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds, then powering your modem back up by plugging it into your power source?
If you’ve already tried all that, have you tried to run Bell's Virtual repair tool? The Virtual repair tool is a great way to troubleshoot problems with your Wi-Fi and Internet service – without having to be a tech expert. You can launch the Bell Virtual repair tool online or via the MyBell app to automatically detect and fix Fibe Internet, TV, and Home phone issues.
If none of the above resolves your internet connectivity issues, I would suggest that you contact Bell Internet tech support. An online Bell service representative can perform further in-depth testing to isolate the problem.
Please call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355 . They are open and available to service you: 7 days a week: 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
