My pods are not working, the light is solid white.

Two of my pods do not work. They remain either a white solid light. I disconnect them. Rebooted my modem. Still nothing.

Good Day & Welcome.

Bell Wi-Fi pods continuously optimize your network based on when and where your devices access the Internet in your home. This helps ensure they always get the strongest signal. After installing a pod, or any time you unplug one, it may take up to 24 hours to complete the optimization process.

A flashing or pulsing white light on Bell Wi-Fi pods indicates they are searching for the Giga Hub, pairing, or updating. A solid white light usually means the pod is connected and working optimally, with the light often turning off once fully connected. If it pulses continuously, the pod is failing to sync.

You only see the white light when the pods are looking for the Giga Hub to connect with and to find the best connection. Otherwise, the light is off

A white light off, on a Bell Wi-Fi Pod, usually means it's connected and working normally. The light only appears (often pulsing or solid) during startup/connection, then turns off when successfully joined to your network.

For further information, please have a look at these Wi-Fi Pods documents:

Take care.
