I have signed up for crave basic using my mobile account (free)
when I go to play a show I get “an error occurred”
in checking the account it reads active.
any thoughts

- Once you have successfully linked your Crave and Bell Mobility accounts, you can start enjoying on-demand access to HBO, Max and more.
If you have a Crave subscription from Bell mobility, you will need to do two things to get started:
- 1. Create a Crave account (if you don’t already have one)
- 2. Link your Crave account to your mobile phone number (Linking verifies your Crave subscription via your mobility provider.)

Accessing Crave on your TV through a mobility supplier requires linking your mobile subscription to a Crave account and then activating the TV app.
If you have a Crave subscription from a mobility provider, you will need to do two things to get started:
- Create a Crave account (if you don’t already have one)
- Link your Crave account to your mobile phone number (Linking verifies your Crave subscription via your mobility provider.)
Please see the scenarios below for more on how to access Crave programming.
If you have a Crave subscription through Bell Mobility, please check your email and/or text messages for a message from your mobility provider with a link to create your Crave account and link it to your new subscription. Be sure to check your junk folders as well.
Once you have successfully created and linked your Crave account, you can start watching the best series, movies and more. To sign in to your account, go to crave.ca or go to the Crave app on your TV or streaming device and follow the instructions below:
- Click on the person icon in the top right corner and click “Sign in”
- Enter in the email address and password you used when creating your Crave account into the email and password fields.
- Start watching!
