I added plan Feb 10 and now in Mexico. Cannot access data yet. What are the steps needed to set up iPhone.

Good Day and Welcome.
Please log in to your MyBell account online or via the app, navigate to "Travel & roaming" or "Add-ons," and verify that the travel pass has been added to your account.
- You will need to turn Airplane Mode off to use data roaming.
- You will need to turn on roaming on your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options, and toggle on Data Roaming. Ensure Cellular Data is also enabled.

How do I use my mobile phone outside Canada
If you require further help, you will need to call Bell Mobility Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device. You can also use this number: +1 514 420-7748 to contact Bell for roaming inquiries while abroad. This is a free call from any Bell mobile device.
