How to access the Perplexity Pro AI offer

Anyone clear on how to receive the one year perplexity pro offer?  I’ve yet to receive a text for it, but I believe it’s a country wide offer?

I’m an eligible Bell Mobility customer. I received the Perplexity Pro promo SMS but accidentally deleted it. Customer care is refusing to resend the code. Can a Bell moderator help reissue it?

If you have accidently lost or misplaced your Perplexity Pro promo code, you can retrieve it by logging in to your MyBell account using any web browser. On the opening MyBell services web page, Select > Mobility. Scroll down the page to the "Recommended for you". Select > Enjoy 1 year of Perplexity Pro on us. Learn more - Redeem this code.

I have an issue with perplexity code. Someone help as it doesn't work every time it gives error  invalid code. It also doesn't

show under my bell app.

If the code no longer works, then I suspect it is as a result of the expiry date.

This offer ended on December 31, 2025, for existing Bell customers as of August 12, 2025.

You can check further in MyBell by visiting the My Services page and selecting your mobile number to also find the code if the promotion is still active.

Is there a expiration date for this offer? I have about three months left of my contract and I have not used this offer. I got to the point where it asks for promo code, however, did receive the code.

You are right, it’s country wide offer. You need to download app and register thru link

Oh jeez. I know what you mean. I availed myself to the perplexity pro offer. Now my wife, also with Bell on my bill, wants to get it too. 5 chats, 3 calls and multiple agents later - BIG NOTHING. 
Obviously the calls are outsourced. And they have no idea what Perplexity is. No idea that Bell has the promo.

A couple of things.
First, when I signed up with Bell, Perplexity was part of the deal. I took up the offer within 6 months but my wife just recently decided to take up the offer. It is not fair for Bell to unilaterally take a piece of the deal off the table, after you sign up. 
Second, Bell is still offering Perplexity to new customers.

Promotions do change with time. Bell did not unilaterally take a piece of the deal off of the table. The promotion expired. There was an end date to the promotion.

I am sorry that you feel this way. There is nothing we can do extend this promotion on the Bell Community Forum.

Unfortunately, it is what it is and there is little I can do to assist in changing this for you.
