My 5g mobility data has gone off stating yesterday May 5 and now this morning May 6 2026. It just goes mobility data off temporarily or no internet connection or I see an H or H+. Then I try rebooting. Then it works a bit or then on and off airplane mode. It's just weird this has been going on now and disrupts that I have to turn of notifications especially early in the morning. I live in North Vancouver/west Van border inside a high rise condo. Is Bell doing service upgrades or is the 5g getting overloaded?

Hi there @Inandout ,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
For the Community to be better able to assist, we'll need for you to provide more info:
- Have you tried removing and re-inserting your SIM (if possible)?
- Have you tried inserting your SIM into another phone and seeing if the issue persists (if possible)?
- Is this concern affecting other mobility users?
- Is it only your data being affected, or your calls and SMS too?
- Is this happening only indoors, outdoors, or both?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to review your concern?
We'd also recommend taking a look at our How To on Troubleshooting data connectivity
for more tips.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello, it seems it only occured during that time. I did the rebooting, turning on and off and also turning Airplane mode on and off. This seemed to work. Although it did require to do it multiple times. I did not do the Sim card removal and reinsert. Maybe it was an issue of 5G overload? and weaker signal? But it was the first time it ever happened since becoming a Bell mobility customer. If it should occur again and it doesn't show up in Bell outage maps, then I will phone customer service to see if it's a phone or signal issue. Thanks for your informative and helpful response.
