The signal strength is terrible along lakeshore west. It has been absent east of Carlson for years but now it is getting worse. My phone is often unusable at the time I want to use it most.
i have screenshots of 1 bar lte or in some cases only SOS services. The coverage maps should be updated or service should be improved.

Hey there @Nosignal ,
Welcome to the community and thanks for reaching out.
It's definitely frustrating to experience poor signal strength, especially in areas like Lakeshore West and east of Carlson, ON. We understand how disruptive it can be when your phone is often unusable, showing only 1 bar LTE or SOS services.
Network performance can be complex, and we hear your concerns about the coverage maps and the need for improved service. Please keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, high number of users in the area, types of buildings in the area, etc.
- To fix a "no service" issue, restart your device, toggle Airplane mode on and off.
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone? Sometimes preventing your phone from searching for 5G can free up resources to focus on LTE instead.
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Update Software: Have you verified that your device iOS / OS is up to date?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to review and open a ticket?
We'd also recommend checking out our "How To's
