Hey @Alberto. Welcome to the Community. That's a great question.
You can transfer the responsibility of your Bell residential service to someone in the same residence without service being interrupted. For more information check out our support article about How to transfer my Bell Home phone number to someone else
If your inquiry is related to our mobility services, check out How to change ownership of my mobile phone

Good Day & Welcome
Thank you for posting your concerns.
This is a community website. As such, we do not have access to your account and billing details. We would like to assist you in answering any questions you might have.
In order to do so, we would need for you to provide us with the specific details for each of the items you mentioned in your post. I have tried to capture your concerns in each of the following:
Transfer of Bell Account:
- You can transfer a Bell account and contract to another person. This process is known as a "Change of Ownership" or "Transfer of Responsibility," and it allows the new person to take over the services and billing.
- In order to do so, both the current and new account holders must be involved in the process, and the account must be in good standing with at least 6 months of active service.
- We recommend that both parties be present for this call. Please contact Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) during business hours.
- For mobile accounts, Bell charges a one-time $50 transfer fee per phone. Please refer to the following weblink for details and instructions in how to transfer the mobility account into your name.
Bell Bundling & Promotions
- Bell does offer promotions from time to time to new and existing accounts and services. For example: New activation of select devices with Bell SmartPay or Bring-your-own-device., etc.
- When you applied for internet in April, which Bell service did you have? Were these services in your name or were they in someone else's name? E.g. Mobility service, Internet, Fibe TV, Home phone, etc.

Bell one-time fees
- Bell does have a number of one-time charges for specific types of services.
- I have included this weblink for your reference: What are Bell's current one-time fees?
Let us know.
Take care.

I registered my device and number in my friend's name but trying to transfer it to my name has been difficult. I called many times and your agents keep giving me different numbers to call. the person who said she could do it said she will be charging me $10. Is this right? It is not also certain she did eventually because she had to create a new account for me. I am hoping Bell doesn't charge me for a service not rendered.
Also, I got home internet in April and I was assured the price is $50 since I am a pre-existing customer. But to my disappointment, the bill is $69.44. They said I would only be eligible if I consolidate my bills. Told them to do so but it is uncertain this was done.
I am so disappointed in Bell service and its agent because everyone I have spoken to seem not to understand how the technology works or even know what their role is in that office.
Please I need further clarifications and resolve of this issue. I am losing my patience. I cannot pay for a service not rendered to me
