English speaker, French information

All the promotions to my email I receive, the bills, the communications are all in French, but I am an English speaker is there a way to change these to English?

Same here... everytime a product or service changes, your system just switches email communications to French without being asked to do it. Then the online chat option condescendingly tells you to just "go change your language preference in the settings",  but I NEVER SWITCHED IT TO FRENCH MYSLEF to begin with, my settings are in English and yet your system just starts sending unwanted emails in French...
