All the promotions to my email I receive, the bills, the communications are all in French, but I am an English speaker is there a way to change these to English?

Resolved! Payment Arrangement

If i have a suspended account what other options you offer apart from paying your full bill payment ? Any options i can use so that i can just only receive some urgent calls from bank,work,doctors appointment etc.?

Resolved! How long does it take for my payment to process?

I always pay my bill through Scotiabank and Bell always takes a week to credit it, why so long?   Is this an English/French problem? The direct method of payment through a bank does not work on your website FYI
