Login: to MyBell. Scroll over to your MyBell name. Select > Scroll down to My profile & select. > Select My Profile information > Scroll down & Select > Personal Identification Number (PIN) > Select > Edit

You can now choose to: Have a PIN or Not Have a PIN. You can view your current PIN or Change your PIN.

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

You can easily change/remove your PIN in MyBell. Simply follow the steps that @WelshTerrier outlined above. Once you select Edit you will be able to choose 'No, I don't want a PIN'.

You will need to Login to your MyBell account. Once you have logged in to your account, at the top of the main page, Select > My profile. Select > MyBell. This wil take you to your MyBell profile page. On the right side of this page is your Profile information. Scroll down & Select > Personal Identification Number (PIN) > Select > Edit. Enter the appropriate information. Select > Save for any changes you have made.

You can now choose to: Have a PIN or Not Have a PIN. You can view your current PIN or Change your PIN.

Are you referring to your SIM card PIN on your mobile device or your PIN in MyBell?

MyBell PIN

To change your MyBell  account PIN, you will need to Login to your MyBell account. Once you have logged in to your account, at the top of the main page, Select > My profile. Select > MyBell. This wil take you to your MyBell profile page. On the right side of this page is your Profile information. Scroll down & Select > Personal Identification Number (PIN) > Select > Edit. Enter the appropriate information. Select > Save for any changes you have made.

• You can now choose to: Have a PIN or Not Have a PIN. You can view your current PIN or Change your PIN.

SIM card PIN

The SIM card on your mobile phone will become locked if you enter an incorrect personal identification number (PIN) three times. If you are unsure of what to do next, & you enter the wrong PIN, you won't be able to use your phone, except for emergency calls. For further assistance I would call Bell or visit a Bell store. 

To unlock it you must reset your PIN by entering your SIM card's unique unlock key (also called a PIN unblocking key or PUK). Follow the instructions provided below. You will need access to the internet & any web browser. Select the link below and follow the instructions as they are presented to you on the screen.

 To unlock your SIM card:

1. Log in to MyBell and retrieve your unlock key. 
2. Enter the unlock key on your mobile phone.

 Note: Entering an incorrect unlock key 10 times will permanently lock your SIM card. If you need a new SIM card, please visit a Bell store or order one online.
