How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

I have been a loyal Bell customer since 1967; I am in Toronto. Yesterday, I had the most satisfying and gratifying talk with Loay, who is in Morocco. He answered all my questions and resolved all my concerns with such clarity, kindness, and positivity. I don’t think I have ever had a business communication that has made me begin my day with such a big smile. It sounds silly as I write it but it is true. Thank you, Loay.

I had a rare experience last evening. A technician, Eric, came to my house with a smile and sound advice. After spending almost three frustrating hours on the phone with Bell I was relieved to speak to someone who knew what he was talking about. Bravo Eric and thank you.

Hello I just wanted to mention an excellent employee at Bell Canada, from Montreal. 
Antonio/Tony 
This agent was one of the best I’ve ever engaged with at Bell or anywhere for that matter. 
He was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and amicable. He was pleasant and patient explaining what I was enquiring about. He resolved it immediately but did his due diligence to make sure I was getting the right information. He looked through my complete profile and my other numbers etc etc. 

The most important thing that I want to mention, as far as Bell Mobility concerned, Is that Tony had a great enthusiasm for Bell Mobility and what they do and what they can do and their simple superiority to other mobility carriers, which I have to agree with, even though I have had issues at times I have never left Bell Mobility. I do believe they are the best mobility carrier. 
Tony really spoke highly of the company. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything, we were just discussing Bell and the company and everything The most important part of all this is that for an employee to say that to a customer on the phone is the very best compliment that any company can get. I’m sure you’ll agree that is the greatest thing an employee can do for a company. Not just a compliment. 
It’s important that this type of employee is noticed for this kind of mindset. 
We had a great talk and I really admired Tony’s attitude, demeanour and professionalism.

Yassir listened to my request, repeated it back to me to let me know he understood what I needed, and proceeded to dig into billing options until he found a solution that I was satisfied with. He not only solved my problem, he listened and engaged and connected with me. Yassir is exceptional at his job.
