Hello,
Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

Hi! I spoke with an agent by the name of Sam this morning and he was so extremely helpful that I would love to leave feedback. I really appreciate his patience and his full support in the end, he deserves a huge kudos for his customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get the survey questionnaire after our call so I'm leaving it here for assistance on getting this to him. Thanks so much

I would like to leave a great review for Enzo. He helped solve a problem I had with my modem - spending a lot of time and patience. This was after a week of problems that were continuous that other agents were unable to solve. Thank you for his service.

How can one leave feedback for an excellent employee or get to their supervisor. Cant say ive ever reached out for something like this but Ive had such an ordeal with an apple watch activation between different carriers and bell for a stand alone plan. I swear no one knows what they are doing these days. Even went to a bell store, said cant do a watch as stand alone even tho its clearly stated on there website. I spoke to multiple tech support agents at bell and got so many conflicting response but never a solution. Same goes for loyalty and retention. It was finally after probably the 20th call that i was transferred to someone in sales and this lady was the first competent worker that knew exactly what to do and so easy. Nothing but praise for her .But bell in general get your employees trained properly especially for what plants and services you can provide. One employee says you have to go in store to get it done. One says they cant do it over the phone. Even had one level 2 tech support agent that said the only was to do it on the my bell app, just mind blowing incompetence. Even in the store the employee called bell and whoever he talked to said stand alone for apple watch cant be done and i heard them even say. So if there's a way to get this employees rightful recognition Id sure like to do cause she was deserving.
