How do I reactivate a canceled authorized monthly pre-payment plan?

Good Day & Welcome

If you wish to reactivate a cancelled pre-authorized debit or credit card payment, you will need to start over from the beginning.

Setting up pre-authorized payments with Bell takes one to two bill cycles to fully register in the system. You can sign up in minutes online, but it's important to make a one-time payment to cover your current outstanding balance, as the pre-authorized setup won't apply to the bill that's already generated.

If you have an outstanding balance on your current bill to be safe, please make a one-time manual payment. If you overpay, your account will be credited & any overpayment will be applied to your next monthly bill. Do not adjust your pre-authorized payment.

To set up pre-authorized bank or credit card payments on MyBell with a web browser, login to your MyBell account. Select > Payment options. Select > Manage pre-authorized payments. Follow the onscreen prompts to choose your method of payment.

Please refer to the steps in one of the web tutorials below.
