You can view your account numbers in MyBell. Login to MyBell with any web browser. Your OneBill number is on the top left side of the page & each of your services and their respective numbers are listed below on the left side of the same page.

I’m trying to pay my bill at my bank. But when I enter my 16 digit they reject it saying it should also have letters with numbers. I can’t find an alpha numeric number for my account. Please help me. Thanks

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Your 16 digit account number for payments will include "ZZZ" in it. You can find this on the top right hand of a paper bill or by logging into your MyBell profile. Through MyBell you find can it through the following steps:

1. Click on "My profile"
2. Select "Billing and services"
3. You will see "My bill number", "Name on bill" and "Customer ID". The number you want for your banking is the "Customer ID"

If your service is new, you should have a personalized link within your order confirmation email to register for MyBell. Within the email confirmation you should see this section:

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

@wxyz Thank you for posting your question.

As previously mentioned, you should have received a personalized link within your order confirmation email to register for MyBell.

If somehow you did not receive this email and or you have deleted it in error, you will need to contact Bell Customer Service by calling: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or by dialing *611 from any Bell mobile device. They will be able to assist you further.

Once you have completed your MyBell account setup, you will be able to fully manage your Bell Mobility, Internet, TV, and Home phone services online or via the app.

You will be able to view your account numbers in MyBell. You will need to log in to your MyBell with any web browser. Your One Bill number is the blue section, on the top left side of the page. You can also view all of your pertinent billing details in this same section.

Each of your services and their respective numbers are listed below on the left side of this same page.

Some of the key features included in MyBell are: paying bills, tracking usage, changing rate plans, upgrading devices, managing TV channels, troubleshooting services with Virtual Repair, and managing technician appointments.
