ATN Star Plus broadcast feed issue

I have subscribed for ATN star plus channel and ATN Sony from Bell Fibe Canada for 4 years . For last two days since 22 October , the programming lineup have changed and we get some old shows & not regular as scheduled soaps. Do you have some glitch with a few of South Asian channels? I have tried calling Bell Customer Service but they are not able to help me in this regard. As a result we cannot see our regular programming on both channels.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We've consulted with our support team and they were able to confirm that due to a feed issue, the content provider has confirmed they have a temporary feed on air until they restore their main feed. Currently at this time we were not provided with an ETA, but as more information becomes available we will update the thread.

We should get a credit for not being able to view these ATN channels with their continued content line up.
