I normally access Crave through the Bell Fibe 4k PVR, but also occasionally will access it through a Roku Ultra streamer. I successfully activated the Roku and can watch Crave through it. What I don't see through the Roku are my program list or the "continue watching" list that I see using the PVR. I thought that activation was supposed to link such lists to the new device.
Does anyone know if this is possible and, if so, what additional steps are needed to make this happen?

Hey @SalsaCycle
Welcome to the Bell community 🙂
Just wanted to jump in here and confirm that Crave viewing history (Continue watching & My List) will only sync between devices in which you are specifically using the Crave app.
Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
If you recorded a Crave program on your Bell Fibe 4k PVR & wish to continue viewing this program on your Roku Ultra Streamer, this is not possible if you are accessing this program by way of the Crave TV app on your Roku player.
You can access your recordings from your Bell Fibe 4k PVR if you are using the Bell Fibe TV app that is available on the Roku store.
Take care.

Thanks for the feedback. However, I'm referring to Crave programs that I watch "On Demand," rather than those that have been recorded. The interface on the PVR allows one to add series, programs or movies that are available On Demand to a list. If watching a series, On Demand will keep track or which episodes that you have watched and cue up the next one the next time that you go in. I understand, perhaps incorrectly, that this information would be synchronized between devices once they were linked.

Good Day.
Thank you for your follow-up information. Which app are you using?
On Demand content and your "My List" (watchlist) synchronize between the Bell Fibe TV 4K PVR and the Fibe TV app. Any show or movie added to "My List" on your Fibe TV receiver will automatically appear in the "My List" section of the Fibe TV app, and vice versa.
The app "bookmarks" where you left off in an On Demand program, allowing you to start on your TV and continue on a tablet or smartphone. The Fibe TV app may take a few minutes to sync between devices.

I should point out that we are using the VIP 5662 4K PVR, which is not cloud based and has a different user interface than the Fibe TV app.
If I use the Fibe TV app from the Roku I can access Crave and see the program list, but do not see anything that says "continue watching." I suspect that the differences may be a consequence of the older PVR having a different user interface than the Fibe TV app. For example, the Fibe TV menu doesn't have an "On Demand" button like the PVR does.
The other aspect of my original post concerned using the Crave app on the Roku rather than the Fibe TV app. I appreciate now that the Crave app, even when linked to Bell as the subscription provider, is different from the Fibe TV app or the PVR and therefore doesn't synchronize the same information.

Good Day.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this additional information.
If you're a Bell Fibe TV customer with an older receiver and would like to access the Crave app then you would need to upgrade your Bell Fibe TV 4K Whole Home PVR (VIP5662W) to the Fibe TV Cloud PVR (VIP7802).
The Bell Fibe TV app is a comprehensive service for watching live TV, recordings, and on-demand content (including Crave) for Bell subscribers, while the Crave app is a standalone streaming service focusing on HBO, Max, and Crave originals. The Fibe app is best for integrated TV, whereas the Crave app often offers better streaming quality and a dedicated interface.
