Today, watching a recording in Fibe TV app on Apple TV 4K, gen 3, IOS 26.3, the app crashed and gave an error message 9002 I think. Last week, on IOS 26 but prior to the 26.3 update, the Apple TV itself crashed and rebooted while watching Fibe app. That concerned me as the IOS system was pretty much immune to failure caused by apps. Could be teething problems with IOS 26. An app failure is at least better than a device crash.
I can't find any diagnostic tools. I can save info on error message and what function I was using. Is that all to be captured when an error occurs?

The fibe app error and Apple TV crash have only happened once each, after the IOS 26 upgrade on Apple TV. At other times prior, the Bell Fibe App for Apple TV would exit the content or the app with no messages but this id infrequent. If I see it again I'll pay closer attention. I have noticed more errors playing back recorded content than live TV.
I subscribe to Bell Fibe TV, Better Package I think it was called and have a 1.5 GB service. The Bell device is VIP7802, version: 25.42.0.25420549, HDCP 2.2, Android 30.
TV is LG G5, latest firmware, receiver is Sony STR-AN1000, Apple TV is model 2843, IOS 26.3

Hi @4KWatcher
Thank you for your post.
We wanted to check in to see if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, can you please confirm and share the exact error code / message you are receiving?
Can you share which television service you subscribe to and which receiver model you have (if applicable)?
Does this only occur when attempting to watch recordings or does it also happen with Live TV, On Demand or any other apps?
Looking forward to hearing back.
