Fibe TV VIP7802 laggy responding to the remote control.

I've noticed that my Fibe TV Android box seems to be quite laggy recently, when responding to the remote control. When I choose an option, such as selecting Delete to delete a Cloud PVR recording, there's now a lag before Delete is actually selected, and then again when you press the button to delete the recording. This seems to be happening since Bell switched Fibe TV over to the purely cloud-based service. Rebooting my Fibe TV Android box doesn't help. It's still functional, but irritating. Anyone else experiencing that with their Fibe TV Arris VIP7802 box?

Thank you for your post.
Do you only experience this issue when it comes to the Cloud PVR options or do you experience it on the guide or other applications?
Is your receiver in a well ventilated open area with a good line of sight to your remote?
Have you tried inserting fresh new batteries into the remote?
Have you attempted to factory reset your receiver? Rest assured factory resetting the VIP7802 will not impact your recordings, as it is all saved to the Cloud (but you would need to download and re-login to any additional applications you may have installed).
