I'm trying to activate the Global TV app on my TV. I put in the code and tried to login with the mybell account. It doesn't do anything. Please help.

Good Day.
There is no issue accessing the Global TV app with Bell.
Please check out my earlier reply from today for a complete list of suggestions.
I have not experienced any issues in logging in to the Global TV app. I have tested logging in & out of the Global App on an iPhone, iPad, & two different web browsers, Edge & Chrome.
- Which device or browser are you trying to log in to Global TV app with?
- Are you selecting Bell as your TV provider?
- Correct website if signing in with a browser? Global TV - Stream Live TV Series & Full Episodes
- You must use your MyBell username & password credentials in order to login to the Global TV App
- Have you cleared your, cache, cookies, etc.?
- Restarted your device?
- Have you tried using a different browser or device?

I too can confirm that I have no issues. I just logged in now.
The suggested troubleshooting makes sense. Maybe take screen shots or pics of steps and point of error. Of course mask out the credentials on bell authentication.
Last question can you log into mybell with your credentials. Possibly a typo on authentication.

Hello
I'm.trying to signon to the global tv app. I registered. When I go to sign in on the global tv app - nothing happens. I put in my password and hit enter. The password disappears. I uninstalled and reinstalled my app. That did not work. Hope you can help.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Based on the limited information you have provided; I can only speculate that you have selected the incorrect television service supplier, entering the incorrect website login credentials or accessing the Sign in screen. (There are 3 sections that require information.) If you are already signed in on another device, browser, etc., you will see a window pop up with ""This fedportal.ges.bell.ca page can't be found".
Please clear your browser history / data / cache, uninstall the Global TV app and restart your device. After it has restarted, reinstall the Global TV app and once you click log in, please be sure to select "Bell" Please read & follow the onscreen instructions.
You mentioned that you uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Have you restarted your computer & mobile device?

Really? It's NEVER worked for me! Bell's IT team can't seem to figure this issue out which has been occurring at least last 9 months!

What type of device(s) are you using?
Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Global TV app, as well as logging in on a different device?
Have you entered the activation code from your device on the global website? Check out this Helpful reply
where you will find a link to the activation page.

I’m having this problem currently. Did yours ever resolve? Uninstalled and reinstalled global app with no success, nor will it let me login on laptop through Global. I can access shows ion demand through my tv.

Mine did eventually resolve itself, both on the app and on my laptop. I have no idea why but it did suddenly fix itself a few months ago.

@Kel1 @Just me I have reconfirmed this morning that there are no apparent issues with signing in to Global TV using the app or using a web browser. I have tested logging in & out of the Global App on an iPhone, iPad, & two different web browsers, Edge & Chrome.

- After clearing your browser history / data / cache, uninstall the Global TV app and restart your device.
- After it has restarted, reinstall the Global TV app. or go to this web page: Global TV
- Select > SIGN IN & please be sure to select "Bell" Please read & follow the onscreen instructions.

I have tried your steps and am having the same issue as most users on this thread. I had no problem watching my GlobalTV app on Saturday but suddenly on Sunday I can no longer access GlobalTV as I’m no longer “authorized” (see below screenshot). I called the number provided and spoke to 5 different Bell representatives and not a single person could determine what the issue is.
I also logged into the app using a relatives bell credentials to test and was able to successfully sign on. So the issue is not any of the above but is instead a glitch within Bell and the verification process used to share information with GlobalTV.
For such a large company, it is shocking that after repeated complaints this has not been investigated on a deeper level within Bell but is instead ignored and paying customers are being told to contact GlobalTV or just watch shows on the “on demand” app.
If you have a proper solution to this problem I would love to hear it!

I am using the GlobalTV app on my phone, iPad, and TV. I have uninstalled the app on each device and tried to log in with no success. After receiving the “not authorized” message I immediately attempted to log in using my relatives Bell credentials and was successful. I then tried again with my credentials and was unsuccessful.
This test was done on each device and for good measure I used Rogers credentials as well, and was able to login.

So you were able to log on using Rogers credentials, but not Bell.
