Sportsnet App saying subscription required

Hello,

I am subscribed to the regional and national Sportsnet channels through my Bell TV account. When I log in to Sportsnet app using my Bell account, it tells me I don’t have a subscription to those channels.

Help please?

Question what your tv service , Fibe or sat tv ?  Can you log in to bell tv app ?
With log in and can you see those channels . If you are able to watch the channels and see if it sportsnet app .
What type of device are you using was wondering too .
