Restart option does not appear on guide. How do I get it back? I have already rebooted the receiver.

Good day @Torontotom,
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community.
You will know if a channel currently has a program available to Restart when you see a left-pointing arrowhead beside a channel number in your TV Guide. If the Restart option is not listed at the time, you can also check out the On Demand section to see if the show you are looking for is available.
For more information take a look at What is Restart and how do I use it?

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
You cannot restart a live show using the Fibe TV app on a laptop computer. This modification may be something that is nice to have but it is not built into the Restart function today. You can pause and rewind live TV. You can watch, manage and download recordings, etc. Please refer to Fibe TV app weblink that I have included.
I have attached a tutorial that will explain the Restart function, its use & operation on Bell Fibe TV.
Thank you for your question.
Take care.

I have the exact same problem. I used to be able to restart most channels but now not even one channel has the ability to restart. Also can’t watch any shows that have already run.

Hi!
I'm trying to watch a hockey game from earlier tonight on my laptop. I usually record it so I can skip commercials. I forgot to schedule that recording so I thought I'll just go back to earlier today and 'restart' it. Unfortunately, I can't seem to scroll back any further than a half an hour ago. Why not? I can do it on my tv, why not on my laptop? Frustrating!
