Satellite: Channel 1588 MSNow does not appear in my Guide

My subscription has Msnow 1588 paid for and the channel doesnt come up on my guide. So where is it. We are set on all channels on the guide. We are not on fibe

Thanks for your concern. Have you tried any troubleshooting solutions? You can often return missing channels by synchronizing your channels. You can follow the directions here.
