we actually had a technician come out he did a through check inside and out ended up replacing the 9500 unit it’s only been a few hours but seems to have fixed the problem. Overall very satisfied but it would have been helpful for this had been suggested much earlier in the process I have wasted hours and hours on this BUT thankfully it seems to be solved 🤞

Hi there @Tylersphone63
Welcome to the Bell community.
We're here to help and want to make sure that this is properly addressed.
It is interesting that multiple replacement receivers are having the same issue; this could indicate an issue outside of the receiver.
By chance is your 7500 receiver in a tight space or stacked with other electronics? Does it only happen during live TV or do you notice it during recordings too? Does it impact a specific channel/show or at a specific time during the day/night?
Do you notice the picture freeze on your 9500? If not, can you swap the receivers position and plug the 9500 in where the 7500 is to see if the freezing happens?
What other troubleshooting have you tried besides replacing the receiver? We recommend that you check all of the cables and electrical outlets to ensure everything is plugged in tight and that there are no bends or damage. Also, make sure the receiver is plugged directly into an outlet without an extension cord, and test a different outlet if possible.
Please try those steps out and keep us posted on how everything is going.

Good Day @Tylersphone63
Thank you for reaching out and taking the time to let the community know that the issue apparently was related to the 9500 Satellite receiver that the onsite technician replaced.
Enjoy & take care.
