Hello, hoping someone can help... its been three days that everytime I try to access youtube on my TV does not launch/load. I can see the logo at the beginning but then its just a grey screen. Tried rebooting my box and also the modem but nothing worked. Thanks.

Good Day & Welcome
Thank you @Lizzie1980 for posting your question.
How are you accessing YouTube on your Samsung Smart TV? Please check your TV settings and confirm the method you are using to access the YouTube App on your Samsung TV:
- Bell Fibe TV Box - VIP7802 > Apps - YouTube App
- Samsung Smart TV - YouTube App
Please have a look at the following suggestions:
- Have you rebooted your Samsung TV by powering it completely off. You will need to remove the power cord, wait 20 seconds and plug your TV back in.
- Have you uninstalled & reinstalled the YouTube App?
- Are you using the proper source of input for the YouTube App, (Samsung TV App or Fibe TV Box App)?
- Is your Smart TV connected to the Internet?
You can watch YouTube on the Bell VIP7802 Fibe TV box. The receiver is powered by Android TV and includes built-in access to the YouTube app.
- Press the Apps button on your Fibe TV remote.
- Locate YouTube from the on-screen menu.
- Select the app to launch it.
If the app is missing or not working properly, you can uninstall & download it again via the Google Play Store:
- Press the Apps button on your Fibe TV remote
- Go to Google Play Store under the Apps & Games section.
- Search for "YouTube"
You can also watch YouTube on a Samsung Smart TV. The YouTube app comes pre-installed on most recent models, If not, you can easily install or reinstalled if it is not working properly. If you are using the YouTube app associated with your Samsung Smart TV, please confirm that your TV is connected to your Wi-Fi.
- Open Smart Hub: Press the Home button on your Samsung remote.
- Go to Apps: Navigate to the Apps icon using your directional arrows and select it.
- Search for YouTube: Click on the magnifying glass (Search) icon and type "YouTube".
- Install the App: Select the YouTube app from the search results and choose Install.
- Add to Home: Once installed, choose Add to Home to create a convenient shortcut.
I have checked out both YouTube App configurations on my Samsung Smart TVs' and I am not experiencing any issues.
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Take care.
