Watch Bell Fibe from another house (in Canada)

While at home, I can watch Bell Fibe through my receiver or via Firestick to the Bell Fibe app.  If I go outside my house, I cannot access my TV services on a mobile device or by using my Firestick.   The message I get is that I am not subscribed to a streaming service. Is there any way I can watch my Bell Fibe TV service (preferably live channels) from someone else's house?  For what service do I need to subscribe?

How do we access our bell tv service from an offsite tv

Hi @alrams4044

Welcome to the Bell community 🙂

You can use the Bell Fibe TV app away from home and access On Demand, recordings and select content on Live TV.

Check out the support page that @WelshTerrier posted in the helpful reply above to learn more about how to use the Bell Fibe TV app.

How do I access my Bell TV account when I’m in a hotel in another province

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

To use the app remotely, you need to login with your MyBell credentials & have access to a Wi-Fi network. You would choose the "Best" way connecting in this case. Please refer to the instructions that I have included in this reply.

You can use the Fibe TV app on multiple devices at once. Simply install the app on each device and enjoy.

Fibe TV service:

  • When connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have unlimited devices watching content simultaneously and unlimited devices registered. You can choose the "Easiest" way for connecting.
  • When not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have three devices watching content simultaneously and five devices registered.

Fibe TV app service:

  • When connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have two devices watching content simultaneously and unlimited devices registered.
  • When not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have two devices watching content simultaneously and five devices registered.

Here is a link to better assist you in using the Fibe TV App:
