Resolved! How long does it take for my payment to process?

I always pay my bill through Scotiabank and Bell always takes a week to credit it, why so long?   Is this an English/French problem? The direct method of payment through a bank does not work on your website FYI

Resolved! What does a CR on my bill mean?

What does "CR xx "on my bill denote? Does it mean that xx money is already present in my account and that I don't need to make any payment?   It is so confusing.

For the last several months I have been unable to access my bill on the app. It says Your first bill is not yet available. I have had Bell for a lifetime and I can view on the website with no issue. I have ensure the app is up to date with no resolve...

Resolved! Set up flexible payment

Hi, I recently got a new job and before that, I spent 1-2 weeks without working. Due to this, my next paycheque will arrive late. Is there a way I can postpone my bill payment date?
