Resolved! "Wrong security code" message when paying

When I go to pay my bill for the past two days, all I get is this error message. I know my card number and the three digits. What’s going on? Is anyone else having this issue?

Resolved! View Current Bill goes to a blank screen

I'm trying to print off the bills from last year and the VIEW CURRENT BILL goes to a blank screen anyone having issues with the bell website not working right?
