I have left Canada and initiated my eSIM card.  It all works EXCEPT iMessage.   I get a “waiting for sctivation” message.   Things I’ve tried….changing passwords, visiting Apple Store ( they said call my Primary provider).
Can you assist??   Thanks

As this is not a Bell sim or account, it is beyond the scope of the forum.

If you have a phone from a Bell store or it had a Bell sim and you had a Bell contract, it may be sim locked. This forum can't address this, unfortunately.
