At this time, you can track orders for Mobility devices and accessories, and TV accessories. You can track your Bell delivery by:
- Checking your shipping confirmation email for a tracking number and a link.
- Logging into your MyBell account.
- By using the Bell shipping tracker on the Bell website.
You will need your order number and postal code or phone number to check the status of your order.

When an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, there may be a delay, depending on what is available from Bell's supplier.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order. Using your order number and postal code or phone number, you can view your order summary, status, estimated delivery date and more.
At this time, you can track orders for Mobility devices and accessories, and TV accessories. You can also track your Bell delivery by:
- Checking your shipping confirmation email for a tracking number and a link.
- Logging into your MyBell account.
- By using the Bell shipping tracker on the Bell website.
You will need your order number and postal code or phone number to check the status of your order.
You can view your order status in MyBell by following the instructions below:
- Visit the orders page in MyBell.
- Select the magnifying glass icon next to any of the orders listed to view its details.
- Have you received a confirmation number?
If you order something that is not available, then you can contact Bell Mobility to:
- Cancel your order.
- Choose a replacement product.
- Have an item shipped at a later date

Bell Mobility does not offer an expedited or express shipping option for online or phone orders, and the shipping method cannot be updated once an order has been submitted.
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the region. All shipping is handled by Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS.

Ordered on the 5th of march, say 2-5 days before they ship out. We are now march 16th, why even give us an estimate when clearly you cant even come close to fulfilling it. Also how do i delay the 30 day return of an existing device, since i dont even have my new one yet. Is this bell intentionally trying to force you to pay?

Delivery timing is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days (depending on region). When an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, the delay may be up to 60 days, depending on what is available from Bell's supplier. When this happens, Bell will contact you by email so you can consider other options such as:
- Cancelling the entire order
- Shipping the missing item(s) at a later date
- Cancelling the order for the missing item(s) only
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order. Using your order number and postal code or phone number, you can view your order summary, status, estimated delivery date and more.
When does your agreement expire? Unfortunately, you cannot extend the 30-day return period once your agreement ends.
- If you want to avoid paying the deferred amount (keeping the phone), you have 30 days after your 2-year term ends to return your device in "good working condition".
- You can choose to return your device at a Bell store where a representative can immediately assess your phone's eligibility or by submitting an online request to ship your device back to Bell.
- If you upgrade or cancel your plan early, you have 30 days from that date to return the device to avoid the charge.
- If you take no action, the deferred amount will be automatically applied to your bill 30 days after your DRO agreement ends.

Well they havent sent an email saying out of stock and you cant cancel a purchase made online. So what is the best course of action?
