How do I get a 3100 - Digital SD Receiver off of my account that I turned in years ago for a HD model.

If you received the receivers as a replacement order, they will automatically be deactivated and removed from your account once you have mailed them back to us.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for posting your question.
Bell generally provides a prepaid shipping label for equipment returns but typically does not provide a return shipping box. You must use your own box to pack the equipment securely, using the provided label to ship it via Canada Post or Purolator. Original packaging is recommended, but any suitable box works.
Place the equipment in suitable packaging of your choice so the equipment can be shipped safely (a box is recommended).
Take care.

Hello
I have recently received two Satellite receivers as replacements. I now need to deactivate the old receivers before sending back. I do not see anywhere where I can deactivate them.

The old receiver that I have to send back does not fit in the box the new one came in. The old receiver is too bigl.
Can I request a bigger boix?
