Hi there @Bricker1986. Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.
In order for the Community to better assist we need a bit more information.
Which television service are you using (Fibe or Satellite), and what type of TV receiver (make/model)?
We recommend unplugging the equipment to reboot, and also please ensure that all of the cords are securely connected.

Hi there @Debbie1,
Error 004 indicates that an issue was detected on the Multidish switch, and if it cannot be resolved remotely a technician visit is necessary.
We invite you to keep us posted on how everything goes.
The Community will be here for you if you need anything else,

New Receiver won’t load past 40%
Any ideas how to fix this issue? We have removed the card, turned off the receiver, etc.

What’s the model? Were you talking about the loading screen or the storage of recordings?

Error 004 on the 6500 is an issue detected on the Multidish switch.
Try the following:
Power down the unit. Unplug the receiver power. Make sure all of your connections are seated properly. Wait 30 seconds. Plug the receiver back in. Remove the Smart Card. Wait 30 seconds. Reinsert the card. Make sure the card is not damaged & there is no dirt or marks on the card.

6500. Called bell zero assistance. No idea if the issue. Even though there are hundreds of people with same issue. There solution is to send a tech and blame the lines. Horrible.
