I have Bell Fibe TV 16.0.2.59731 app installed on Fire TV. I just verified that it is working & that it is also available for download this morning.

Here are some suggestions that may assist you:

  1. Have you checked the App store recently?
  2. Can you access any other apps in the store?
  3. Verified connection to the internet?
  4. Have you rebooted your TV?
  5. Have you also verified that  your Fire TV is up to update with the most current software?

Please keep us posted & let us know if we can provide some further assistance.

Hi Patricia,

I received a separate e-mail from Bell advising me to log onto my Amazon account, go to Manage Content and Devices and make sure my Region was set to Canada.  I did this (I previously had no Region set) and it worked.  I am up and running.  Thank you.  Greg

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Which model of Fire TV Stick do you have? Are you able to download the Fibe TV app on any other device?

I have a month old Bell Whole Home service with a Gigabit Hub.  I bought a new Gen 3 Fire Stick that I just activated and updated.  I was able to use it to download apps from the App Store and I have watched a couple of shows.  I think that covers 1-3 & 5.  I just upgraded my TV firmware, which I did not even know was possible, it is not a smart TV.  That should cover 4.  What else is there?  It is an older TV (Samsung), is it possible that it just can't do it?  Model UN39EH5003F.

I have the same issue the Bell Fibe TV app shows as "Unavailable" but shows my Amazon Fire Stick as a compatible device. I have restarted all devices (TV, Modem etc) I have checked the internet speed. All OK but still showing "Unavailable"
