I'm trying to activate the Global TV app on my TV. I put in the code and tried to login with the mybell account. It doesn't do anything. Please help.

Yes. I was able to log into the app using my sister’s Rogers credentials and my mother’s Bell credentials but unable to login using my own Bell credentials despite having access to the live GlobalTV channel.

I am here April 1, 2026. Same problem. I have the “better” package. Can’t access the global tv app. Not authorized.

What was the fix? In the last few weeks was able to log in with my iPad as tv wouldn’t work and today tv streaming still not accepting code on my phone. On iPad now it says not authorized and asks me to call? Very frustrating as I am a bell customer on satellite

I am also having this problem with both Global & Citytv+. Have removed and installed many times but still not able to access the programs I want yo see.
