How do I access TSN Premium?

I received an email saying Bell subscribers get free access to TSN Premium.  When I download the TSN app on my Apple TV, it asks me to create a Bell Media Account.  Yet the email says login with your MyBell login/password.  It doesn't seem to work for me as its not recognizing my account.  How do I access this?

Good Day & Welcome @KAS1

Thank you for positing your question.

Do you currently access TSN through Bell?

Go to the TSN website:  TSN - Canada's Sports Leader. Select > "Sign In", click on "Sign in Through TV Provider" and follow the steps. You will be prompted to link your existing TV provider account to a new Bell Media account. Linking helps to improve your watching experience. This one-time set-up is quick, and your existing plan and account settings will be carried over.

You will be asked to enter your email address and a password. Your Bell Media account password is the specific personal password you create for your Bell Media account. You will use your Bell Media email address and password when signing up & logging in for services like Crave, TSN, etc.

Next time you sign in, you will use these credentials for your new Bell Media account to access TSN.

Take care.

Thank you when I do this it does not show all NFL games today or NFL Red Zone.

Thanks for all the suggestions and for walking through these troubleshooting steps.

To provide an update: I have fully tested all client-side approaches. And just like earlier, my Bell Fibe TV account is successfully linked to my Bell Media profile, and TSN Premium is verified, active, and streaming without issues via Google Chrome on a laptop and on via the TSN app on my mobile device.

However, the core issue persists exclusively across connected Smart TV client applications (such as Samsung Tizen and Sony Android TV builds). When attempting to authenticate through these large-screen apps, they either get trapped in a subscription-management error loop or fail to recognize the TV provider entitlements entirely.

When reaching out to TSN support directly regarding this smart-TV authorization failure, they stated that because it is a TV provider bundle, there is nothing more they can do on the TSN side and directed me back to Bell.

Since the browser and mobile handshakes prove the account-level entitlements are active, this suggest a backend API provisioning and token-synchronization bug between Bell's authentication servers and smart TV app endpoints. If anyone has an internal escalation path to push a manual token refresh for connected-TV builds, please let me know.

I'm having the same problem

Good Day.

Thank you for your reply.

NFL REDZONE is not available all day.

To view NFL RED ZONE, select >Watch Live NFL RedZone on TSN Premium. If there are any, select > NFL REDZONE.

These are only available from 12:45 PM - 9:00 PM.

Enjoy.

Take care.

I've received same email.  I've logged in to TSN but it still prompts me to SUBSCRIBE  to watch games ???

Same scenario as listed.  Logged in through tv provider, followed the steps, checked live.  There is no redzone.  In fact it’s asking me to upgrade and pay for TSN premium.  I was not automatically given the upgrade as the email states.

Similar to @Copywrestler  I can sign on via Firefox on my laptop and on my Android phone.

What doesn't work is my FireTV.  I can get TSN 1-5 as expected, but the Premium content doesn't show up.

This isn’t helpful as it is a cut and paste of the promotion/email.
If we have access to TSN and a Bell account, why are we asked to subscribe to an upgrade.
Is it free, or do we need to have access to all of the TSN channels before we can access TSN Premium?

Might be something with bell account . Not your account for how you pay things or order . You have to link them but it bell account for there digital service like crave , TSN . Streaming services .

Tried calling support, but it's a 30 to 60 minute wait on the phone so I gave up. Time to cut the cord.

Good day everyone, and thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂

We wanted to jump in as we are aware that some TSN Premium customers may still see the option to subscribe to TSN Premium. Rest assured, you do still have access to the service without needing an additional subscription.

@Copywrestler & @riffer Are you both still experiencing trouble accessing the app on your Smart TV?
