Hey there @Snowbusman

Welcome to the Bell community, and thank you for reaching out.

Can you share which receiver and remote control you are using? Does it control the receiver and not the TV, or vice versa?

Depending on the symptoms and remote you have, take a look at Programming, fixing or replacing your Bell Fibe TV remoteOpens in a new tab or window for some troubleshooting tips

Let us know how everything goes,

On August 4, 2026 I talked to Bell about sending a new receiver to replaced the receiver from September 9, 2025. We never got that one to work for a number of reasons. This time I asked for remote that goes with that very same receiver. Today I received the receiver but no remote. I am already changing the channel without using any remote. I just waited on the phone for 46 minutes. The good news is I was already working on this so I am already almost done.  Now I will need to order a replacement.
