TV loses sound. Pixelize and random return to guide page. Will running CAT cable directly to the TV help?

I’m with bell since 5 months and lately I’m experiencing the same issue (lost of sound, pixelated image, sound synchro with lips)
for lost of sound the solution is to switch to another channel and coming back to previous
for the others issues, it’s a reboot of the bell tv device and I also did all what was asked (reboot of the bell router)
but issue is still coming back and I don’t see any solution in these post!
nothing as change in my home setup since the installation, why I suddenly get problems watching tv? What will be the main root of this issue? Rebooting each time shouldn’t be a solution

Hello… at the end it was typo errors!
Like beeing said… happend quite often the sound is not synced with lips… reboot resolved momentarily the issue…
i also rebooted the bell router (didn’t fix anything)
change the device wifi from 2.4 to 5… (didn’t fix anything)
got a lose some pixelated image…
and also sometimes the sound goes off… got the change channel and come back to the previous one to get the sound back
all these are quite annoying

Hey @Newbie2
That would be annoying and we are here to help in any way that we can. Did you also try running the Virtual Repair tool that we suggested above?
If you continue to have trouble after that we'd be happy to take a closer look. I will send you a private message shortly. Please check your Messages within your profile avatar in the top right corner.
